How do I place a return or exchange? 

Lilac 11 will gladly accept returns on unopened/unused orders placed within 30 days. Please see our returns/exchanges page (link) for complete information.

  

How much does shipping cost? (USA orders)

Standard shipping on orders is calculated at checkout. 

Standard shipping on orders $60 or more is FREE and will be automatically applied at checkout. 

 

Do you ship internationally? 

No. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. 

 

How long will my order take to ship? 

Please allow for 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. All orders will be processed and shipped within one business day. We only process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  

 

What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong? 

Please send an email to info@lilac11.com with your order number and we will get back to you right away. 

 

Can I modify or cancel my order? 

All orders are processed within 24 hrs of order placement. If you wish to cancel or make a modification, you can send an email to info@lilac11.com with your order number and request and we will make every effort to adjust/cancel it, but we cannot make any guarantees. 

 

What credit cards do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express®, Discover Card, Apple Pay and PayPal.

 

How much is the sales tax? 

Sales tax charges are based upon the state where your order is being shipped. All taxes will be calculated during the checkout process. 

 

Do you test on animals?

No. All of our products are vegan and cruelty free. We love our furry friends! 

 

What is the meaning of Lilac 11?

Lilac 11 is named for a flower that blooms every year; like perennial plants that experience cycles of death and rebirth,  people go through phases in life where we outgrow or rid ourselves of aspects of our lives as we change and evolve. 

The number 11 is associated with the highest energy vibration we can bring into our being.  Eleven also has ancient spiritual meaning in almost every religion; it represents new beginnings and a balancing energy for our emotions, thoughts and spirit. 

 

Do you offer a giveback?

Here at Lilac 11, we believe everyone should have access to a healthy mind, body, and spirit. In addition to producing safe and ethical products, we have committed to reinvesting a portion of our proceeds into the community that we serve.

 

Does Lilac 11 cover postage for shipping on a return?

We do not provide reimbursements for return postage.
